What kind of leadership style is more suitable for the existence of our troops? Therefore, this study uses the author's own experience and brings Chinese and foreign literature to explore leadership and control. The relationship between working willingness and job performance in the military. This research takes the grassroots member of our army as the research object, so as to understand the influences of leaders of the grassroots level and the followers on, and use the quantitative analysis method to verify the leadership control method, job involvemen and work for the influence of leadership style on job involvement and job performance. The amount of questionnaire of this study is 500. After analyzing the results of the distribution, the author found that the leadership control method will not be significantly related to the job involvemenand and job performance of the troops, but the leadership control method will affect the turnover intention. The study concluded that the leadership control method will definitely affect the willingness to work, and the willingness to work will also have an impact on job performance, but different leadership styles have no effect on the job involvemen, but have a significant impact on the willingness to leave. Provide China's national army as a reference for leadership.
