| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 106 === In an increasingly reliance on information, the importance of governance and management of information is self-evident, but the concept of information governance in the country is still very weak. At present, the information department is still affiliated with a logistics company. At the level of support, although everyone hopes to improve their competitiveness through information, the actual methods are not known.
This study provides in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders of the case company, including chief executive officer, vice president, business process director, chief information officer, chief financial officer, and IT manager, to understand the current state of information development of the current case company, and to use COBIT5 governance. The 37 aspects of the management process are linked to 17 corporate goals and 17 IT goals to explore the current direction of corporate governance, management development, and the extent to which COBIT 5's goals have been reached, in order to propose case companies as Future efforts, improvement goals and directions.
