Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 106 === This case study of Private K Vocational School investigated the followings: 1.How have the incentive packages affected the enrollment of k vocational School for the last two years (2016-2017)? 2.What is the influence of low child birth rate on enrollment? 3.Is there a possible generalization theory by this study’s findings? 4.Is there a legal issue concerning the punishment rules of the packages? 5.What are the suggestions for future enrollment incentive packages? The following suggestions were obtained from the findings of this study: 1.Under the impact of low birth rate, the enrollments of vocational high schools are getting lower than general high schools. 2.This study’s findings match the “Role Domination Theory”. Teachers’ recruitments of enrollment are much better than students’. 3.This study’s findings also match the “Three Tools Theory of the Organization Management”. The punishment rules is the most effective tools, however, it could result in negative outcomes. 4.The amount of year-end bonus is legally decided by school management. 5.It would be a good policy to organize a teamwork by senior teachers and junior teachers. The leave benefits is more attractive for teachers while the cash incentive is more effective for students.
