Organizational structure in response to market demand and individual professionalism, the original construction department will increase the interior design and decoration department. When the solar-photovoltaic industry rises, mining and system equipment manufacturers cooperate to increase the company's new business market while expanding the scale of the organization, it also brings many challenges. This newly refined company will take on challenges by educating people about solar power and combine that with its design and construction, in order to expand new markets and look for new businesses in this already declining economy. This study is intended to be carried out in two parts. One is through case studies and discussions, from three aspects: regulatory factors, climatic factors and human factors; the second will be discussed the current corporate communication model of Chi Yen Co.Ltd. The current corporate management at Chi Yen Co. Ltd. can be divided into two different parts of communication format. First one would be internal communication, second would be external communication. Internal communication format: it is the direct communication between CEO and directors of all departments. Through direct communication between people with responsibilities, this will reduce the occurrence of errors, responsive time on executive decisions which will result in better performance of the company’s work environment. External communication format: Suppliers and contractors will follow the work schedule time sheet planned by the CEO and directors of the company to either deliver supplies or over seeing constructions of the job site and respond to directors according to the current situation at the site to better solve any problems that might exist. Having a group of long time employees might also cause some other issues. In order to avoid any kind of issues with employees, the company will budget in the growth of its employees’ education. Encourage employees to take courses at local community colleges to enhance their professional skills and broaden their views so they will grow together with the company instead of stepping at the same spot which will prevent the company from moving forward. The future is forever changing, new technologies are introduced every moment. This kind of communication method might not work in the future with different reasons such as growing into a bigger corporation, Artificial Intelligence technology…etc. Company must involve itself as well as time goes on.
