Based upon the past experience, the related adaption could be assisted through the introducing of new information systems. This study adopted the revised DeLone & McLean model to find the impacts among the Information System to Support Organizations Adhering to New Policy. Based on the analysis of structural equation modeling and use SmartPLS statistical software. Using questionnaires to analyze the variables of system quality, information quality, policy propaganda, organizational change perceptions, user satisfaction, and implementation effectiveness to understand the impact of different variables. The results of the study found that‘System Quality’and‘Information Quality’had no significant impact on‘Organizational Change Perceptions’.‘Policy Propaganda’have a significant impact on‘Organizational Change Perceptions’and ‘User Satisfaction’.‘Organizational Change Perceptions’and‘User Satisfaction’had significant impact on‘Implementation Effectiveness’.‘Policy Propaganda’is implied as one of the most important factor to enhance the implementation effectiveness. These results can provide more effective practical implications and suggestions, which can help the management and operation of the company. In the future, the government will promotion of related regulations and how companies respond to new policies and quickly change the information system reference.
