Especially men becoming caregivers need more resources to get involved. My thesis is focused on the appearance and influencing factors of father 's participation in parental care. I expected such exploration would provide suggestions to the policies of family caregivers. I adopted qualitative method, and in-depth interviewed eight parents who are nuclear families, engage full time work , and have at least one preschool child . The research outcomes are as follows: 1.Women enter the labor market, looking forward to and opening up male participation in care is the main factor 2.Let Dad do, he can do it 3.Discrimination against the caregiver's job market 4.Can see only, useless government policy Finally, the policy recommendations are as follows: 1.Build and improve the care network 2.Increase chances of taking care of the father 3.Improve workplace friendliness of caregivers Hung Hui-Fen 洪惠芬 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 132 zh-TW
