碩士 === 東吳大學 === 法律學系 === 106 === The Chinese society maintains a rapid development of economy in recent years, and social insurance welfare has gradually become the focus of reform consequently. Medical service, as one of the most important projects of people's livelihood demands, has also been paid more and more attention by the government. China is a country with a vast territory, a great gap exists between economic development in separate areas and the local customs are also dissimilar among different districts, results in a distinct variation of medical service. Insurance coverage specifications are detailed and complicated in diverse regions. This paper intends to perform a comparative research on three different medical insurances among urban residents, urban working employees and inhabitants in rural cooperatives, and proposes suggestions for improvement in existing norms.
