Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === As the rapid development of consumer electronics products, the functions of the products become more powerful, the size of the products also become smaller, and the wearable devices become more intelligent. In 2013, wearable devices made their debut in CES and COMPUTEX, causing a lot of consumer attentions, but wearable devices did not become popular as expected. This study wanted to find the key factors affecting consumer’s purchasing decision of wearable devices. Through literature review, this study established an AHP frameword of 6 dimeusions and 23 factors which affecting consumer’s purchasing decision of wearable device. We designed AHP questionnaire and did a consumer questionnaire suney. We analyzed the questionaires. The results showed the first four important dimensions are "hardware", "software", "performance", and "costs"; and the first six important factors are "ease to use", "quality", "wisdom", "security", "purchase cost", and "wearable." We also compare the questionaires of consumers with experience and without experience, and we found there is no statistical significance between the two groups of consumers. Finally, we made suggestions for the industry of wearable devices basing on the results of this study. We hope the industry could take into account the key factors when designing wearable devices. Moreover, we made suggestions to related government organizations to make better policy to help the industry.
