Due to the urban-rural development gap during economic development, resources cannot be effectively utilized or can be unevenly distributed. We discuss the relation between citizen demands and public resource supplying, further learning about the suitability of public resource distribution and its improvement and formulating adjustment strategies of sharing economy. With Tableau Software 9.3, we make analyses and find that the problems of aging and low birth in Taipei City are getting worse each year. The supply of the classes of elementary schools is higher than the demand. Among all districts, the problem of unused classes is serious in Wanhua, Datong and Shilin Districts. For the hospital sickbed, we can find that medical resources in Wenshan and Xinyi Districts are insufficient. While though it’s abundant in Zhongzheng and Beitou District, there are rather high demands; less resource in Wanhua District while less demands, either. The operating characteristics of public bikes may vary in different station places and surroundings. In school area, the renting is with high frequency and short time; in recreation area, the renting is with low-frequency and long time; and the renting period may vary in different stations and holidays. In this study, we believe that through sharing empty classrooms, the problem of idle space may be resolved and it also can reduce expenditures for schools, avoiding the burden passed on the government or students. Medical treatment is an important part of people’s living demands. In these administrative districts lacking of medical resources, we should make immediate improvements in medical resource allocation. Public bikes can link public transit and private transit in Taipei City, extending coverage of transit lines to provide more convenient transit for the publics. For the station placing in the future, we can determine the number of bike locks in accordance with various area situations of stations and make better demand assignment based on its application situations.
