Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 化學系 === 106 === In this study, four alkyl methacrylate-MAA-EDMA monoliths in fused-silica capillaries (250-μm i.d.) were applied in micro-flow liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (uLC-MS/MS) for the determination of 5 amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDA, MDMA, MDEA). In addition, liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction were examined as a sample pretreatment method. The effects of polymeric monolithic uLC-MS/MS separation conditions such as gradient, mobile phase, mobile phase additives, detection of analytes in mass spectrometer were systematically examined. Under optimized conditions, the matrix effect were in the range of -7-6% and the recoveries were in the range of 93-104% after using internal standards. Good separation, high sensitivity and adequate recoveries of developed method were demonstrated.
