Under the optimized conditions, five amphetamines were detected and quantified by using the organic polymer monolithic column (LMA-MAA-EDMA). the linear concentration range was 1 ng/mL to 50 ng/mL, with the coefficients of determination was only greater than 0.99. The relative recovery of the five amphetamines was between 90.2% and 104.3%, and the absolute recovery was between 92.9 % and 122.8 %. The precision and the accuracy of intra-day were between 1.62% and 29.3%, and between 87.9% and 116.78% respectively, the precision and the accuracy of inter-day were between the range of 0.52% and 10.86%, and the range of 92.41% and 114.74 % respectively. Therefore, this method didn’t have the good results compared with the other literatures in the applications of quantitative. FU, MING-REN 傅明仁 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 55 zh-TW
