Description
Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 資訊科技與管理學系碩士班 === 106 === Since mobile phones have become an indispensable part of people’s daily lives, proliferation of mobile application services has been delivered to people via smartphones, which has created huge mobile commerce markets and unparalleled commercial opportunities. Accordingly, academics and practitioners have long been very interested in mobile payment services (MPSs). The extensive literature on MPSs indicates that the legalization of MPSs in Taiwan is very late in comparison to other countries and wide disparities in penetration of MPSs exist among global countries. Building in the above, this study tries to use technology readiness and acceptance model (TRAM) as theory foundation to explore the factors determining the usage of MPSs. The empirical results indicates that technological readiness significantly affects individual perceived usefulness, perceived easy-of-use, perceived risk, and perceived trust.
