Historical space, also known as “historical site” or “historical architecture”, is an important culture form in related studies. Historical space is a connection for people to narrate the past and history, such as an event, a person, people or activities. Unfortunately, when facing economic development, historical space will be becoming expendable for society. To keep or not to keep, that is a big question for cultural industries and studies. The study is to provide a solution for historical architecture issues, which will be focusing on three aspects; the first, the balance between protect history memories and economy development; the second, the proper way for historical sites or buildings; the third, the creative ways for development of economy, history and culture. This study used “X-ized” to approach spatial “stages”. In other words, it introduced "X-ized" words in Chinese to describe thinking orientations with all possibilities. The goal was to find a solution to achieve the mutual benefits between historical space and economic development through diversified development path. This study was based on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. With reference to the “design thinking” model, this study had gradually obtained and verified the results of the “quantitative-qualitative-quantitative” research process in the interaction of outbound and inbound thinking. The study first used the Meta-analysis to filter the trends and manners of historical space usage. Then the case study was used to compare the local and global historical space landmark and the expression, as well as economic activity situation and prospects. Additionally, interviews from experts were used to prove and reflect on the results. The study explored the multi-dimensional thinking of the correlations between the historical space’s expression, operation model and cultural economy. The study found that historical space could activate economy in the long run and increasingly benefit cultural diversity if it consistently agrees with the four orientations of cultural life (such as contextual text). This thesis hopes to provide a reference for innovation thought on the historical space topic. LEE, RUEY-YUAN 李瑞元 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 179 zh-TW |

博士 === 實踐大學 === 管理學院創意產業博士班 === 106 === Cultural industries are mechanisms of producing social meanings which based on cultural, historical and living memories.
