description 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === Waldorf education is a kind of life learning, they believe that the attitude of life will affect the overall change of the education environment and daily life style. Overseas mature Waldorf schools use the community as the education background, affecting people's life concepts, land use rights, capital use and management. At present, in more than 50 countries in the world, are based on Waldorf school's BD natural organic farming skills, and they have established a human intellectual cultural community. Taiwan has a group of Waldorf's parents who are planning to operate in Taiwan with reference to the Waldorf group in Spring Valley, New York. To evaluate the possibilities of the Waldorf Humanistic Cultural Community in Taiwan, to adopt a qualitatively oriented case study approach, and to conduct in-depth interviews with parents and teachers involved in domestic Waldorf education, and to collect data through field observations and discuss Human intellectual culture community's localization opportunities and possible crisis. According the research results, the following conclusions are summarized. 1.Currently, there is no precedent in Taiwan for the establishment of a school education unit, and a community where care and art therapy are combined. It is necessary to combine supporting measures of various departments, including subsidies, evaluation methods, and qualifications of relevant professional staff. Standards audit, standards for unit filing review, and cooperation with relevant laws and regulations. 2.The management of Waldorf Group's humanistic community requires a large area of land and Waldorf's education, agriculture, and medical knowledge to be implemented. How to find suitable locations, cultivate personnel, and integrate into local culture, Allow local residents to accept the education model outside the system, promote the non-toxic agricultural laws of natural living farms, influence the agricultural transformation in the land, enhance people’s understanding and acceptance of non-traditional medical treatment, and change the stereotypes of the people for art therapy centers and elderly centers. 3.The Waldorf Humanistic Community combines schools, farms, and careness and art therapy for the elderly. How to effectively manage units in different fields to achieve optimal operating conditions depends on cross-border communication and cooperation. 4.The main core concepts of the community need to be understood by the Taiwanese people, and then change their thinking and perspectives. Education is no longer a straight-line, that type of education that is filled with ducks. Each child develops in accordance with his personal qualities. With different orientations, older people can still live in dignity and enrichment in their old age, and promote spiritual enrichment and physical health. Young people and the elderly are no longer parallel lines. They can support each other and give each other. Young people can learn from the elderly. People learn the wisdom of life, and the elderly can also be affirmed from the lifelong wisdom that gives young people a lifetime, so that elderly life can be more valuable and meaningful. Art therapy has been gradually known and applied in recent years. Nowadays, the rapid pace of development in society has created a high degree of pressure, leading to a gradual increase in the number of people with mental illness. It is also not the only treatment of traditional medicine. In Europe and the United States, The use of natural therapies has gradually become a trend, and healthy foods produced by natural agricultural methods can also be profitable enough to enable them to continue to operate for a long time. They do not rely on the inertia of the agricultural law to gain profits, achieve their own strengths, and have their own strengths. At the end of life, people and nature coexist in a coexistence lifestyle. 5.Waldorf Educator Training, Elderly Care Training and Technology Transfer of Natural Living Farms, and Professional Humanistic Medicine Medical Staff and Art Therapists need a professional training team to do complete training before they can reach the Waldorf Astoria. The appeal of the intellectual community, currently lacking related talents in Taiwan and the lack of professionals, is a problem faced by various schools. 6.Keeping information collection, communication, and visits and discussions at home and abroad in the Waldorf community. At the same time as localization, it is also necessary to implement Waldorf's philosophy of human ethical knowledge to make the brand image as a distinct segment of the market.
