As supervisor need employee to take the initiative to express constructive suggestions. The supervisor’s attitude when he handles work and employee initiative steps should be taken to do make suggestion. Both of that are very important factor. As the same time supervisor neuroticism will pose a big pressure when employee make some suggestions. This study is to further explore the process of mediation to the employee behavior of mediation. Based on past research theory, This study was conducted to investigate the association between supervisor neuroticism and emotional exhaustion self-efficacy and employee voice behavior in a team work . A questionnaire survey was administered to collect data from Corporation H. Of the 110 questionnaires distributed,110 were returned, among which 3 were invalid, yielding 107 valid questionnaires(valid return rate=97.2%).The empirical results showed that (1) supervisor neuroticism affected emotional exhaustion and (2) employee voice behavior. (3) emotional exhaustion mediated the relationships between supervisor neuroticism and employee voice behavior.
