The interviewee is the head of small and medium-sized family business in Taiwan who have invested in China in an international manner, in-depth interviews through qualitative research. After cross-analysis of past literature and interviewee interviews, revealed that in terms of business performance, family businesses will focus on long-term performance and pursue harmony and stability, so family business performance is generally better than that of non-family companies. In terms of business internationalization and family business succession aspects, compared to professional managers, family businesses can more fully implement authorizations from the first generation to family members, therefore, it is usually easier to complete the delivery, and it is also better to get better results.
