| Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系 === 106 === This research has been conducted with the intention of practitioners who service drug abuse juvenile to understand the current status of services and experience sharing among practitioners engaged in substance abuse. According to the overview of past policy, it is prefer to talk about the service of judicial and healthy system, and it takes juvenile as criminal or patient. However, drugs addiction for teenagers has been a serious social problem in past years, and it causes the government to replace judicial penalty of the drug addicts. The study in present has been judicial penalty, but rarely uses the point of view from the practitioners. Therefore, this study aims at sharing the experience and ideas of the practitioners at the present stage. With regard to data collection, purposive sampling will be applied as research method in this study to take practitioners as objects who provide drug abuse juvenile services in the north, central, and the south Taiwan were be interviewed. This research found out that practitioners are still existing stereotypes to drug abuse juvenile in the beginning stage of services. However, after they establish the relationship, the practitioners would hold an open-minded attitude. There are differences on service because of the living area; they find the common ground among differences at the same time, and try to increase the diversity of practitioners’ service. The workers with tenacity when they face the different challenges, and they solve the challenges by themselves. In the end, the researchers give the suggestion to strengthen orientation training, establish resources network for respondents, and increase the understanding in the public regards drug abuse juvenile at the same time to elevate the efficacy of service providers and the quality of services and so on.
