This study tested the creep of high-strength polyester fibers with two filament denier yarns and three temperature and load ratios. Through the fracture time of creep tests, high load ratio and high temperature will be faster than that of low load and low temperature in creep fracture time. The temperature change influence the fracture time more than the load-to-weight ratio change. The load-to-weight ratio change influence the variation coefficient of fracture time more than temperature does. Regarding the different denier yarn influence the fracture time of the creep test, under the condition of same yarn filament, when the filament denier is higher, there are thicker fibers, and the less filament denier are thin fibers. The influence of temperature and load ratio is more obvious for less filament denier yarns compared to higher filament denier yarns. From the test, we learned the faster break time of low denier filament yarn than high denier filament yarn.
