To determine the accuracy of CNC machining, the processing industry generally moved the workpiece to three yuan or other measuring instrument on the measurement, this method will not only result in the second processing of the cumulative error, and more inefficient. In this paper, an online measurement method combining laser triangulation sensor (RF603) with CNC lathe is proposed. Research Visual Basic 2010 to write the control interface for CNC machining accuracy measurement, the lathe for the Fanuc OT controller, the main part of the class to the main pole, the measurement will be self-made laser fixture installed to the lathe knife handle, And the use of RS232 and PC connection, through the laser readings before and after processing the value of processing, this method can be achieved without moving the workpiece to improve the measurement efficiency and quality. According to the experimental results, compared with the traditional measurement methods, the use of laser displacement measurement, can reduce the error and improve the efficiency of measurement.
