The main purpose is to understand the current situation of the junior high school students in Yunlin County； compared the differences backgrounds in time management of junior high school students, Exploring the prediction of different background variables for time management. This research picks the questionnaire survey the way carries on, the research object for the junior high school students of the school served by the researcher. Investigate and records according to timeline concepts and activities, use 4 consecutive weeks of spare time to collect and analyze data. Finally, the data obtained are presented in statistics and tables. Investigation period altogether sends out 140 to ask the volume, recycles 135 to ask the volume, rejects does answers does not gather the stipulation, is much more solid asked volume 129, the effective returns-ratio is 92%. The recycling effective sample and treats according to the research goal answers the question the need by description statistics. This findings as follows: 1. The distribution of junior high students after school time is the necessary time for life, leisure time, tutoring time, the housework time. It shows that the proportion of dynamic physical activity time is too less. 2. The junior high school students’ weekday and the weekend time assignment situation, weekend in tutoring time accounts for the proportion to reduce, leisure time proportion increase obviously. 3. The content of leisure activities in the junior high school students' leisure time is mainly static, and it is related to 3C products. 4. As the grades of the junior high school students increase, the ratio of time in the tutoring time rises, and the time ratio of art class decreases. Suggested educational administrative units and parents attach importance to the selection and distribution of students' leisure time activities, fulfill the implementation of sports policy. And let students choose outdoor leisure activities to reduce stress and adjust your body and mind and maintain your health.
