Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 生物科技系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The seeds of Camellia sinensis contain high amounts of oil and can be used for oil extraction, that are therefore plants of high economic value. Camellia oil from Camellia oleifera Abel is very popular in Taiwan and China in the Middle East countries. In China, Camellia oleifera is currently cultivated mainly in Camellia oleifera Abel, covering an area of about 1,000 hectares. It is mainly planted in areas such as New Taipei City, Chiayi County, Nantou County and Hualien County. In recent years, many studies have shown that bitter tea oil is composed of monounsaturated fatty acids, and rich in physiologically active ingredients can be used for promoting human health. Recently, there have been numerous studies have shown that Camellia oil is an antioxidant, can effectively reduce the formation of hydrogen peroxide regulation of reactive oxygen species of red blood cells and inhibit free radicals increase red blood cell surface induced hemolysis, at the same time reduce the conjugated dienes formed in human’s low density lipoprotein of lag time. In the aspect of gastrointestinal health care, bitter tea oil also has the protective effect of promoting the wound healing of acetic acid gastric ulcer and alleviating the acute injury of gastric ulcer and gastric mucosa. In respect of anti-inflammation, Camellia oil can effectively promote the huge bite cell lines of activity, the formation of inhibition of nitric oxide secretion of inflammatory medium, suppress IFN - gamma, IL - 6 secretion and promote inflammation effect. Camellia oil also cause the spleen cell hyperplasia, and increase abdominal macrophage phagocytosis activity, not only caused a reduction in promoting inflammatory cytokines and nitric oxide production that can increase anti-inflammatory cytokine production, such as IL - 10 and IL - 4 from the spleen. It can be seen from this that bitter tea oil can promote phagocytosis of macrophages, humoral immune response, cellular immune response, and regulation and anti-inflammation effect. This paper will study for Camellia oil planting, processing and analysis of physiological active ingredients, hope provide a series of Camellia oil related research information, in order to contribute more Camellia oil product innovation and development in the future.
