Today's society is going towards automated products. In order to design machines and equipment more efficiently, make the dynamic simulation by CAE software to reduce the time and cost of production and can be quickly simulated and analyzed according to all kinds of requirements to design better products. In fact, we will touch different kinds of the multibody systems, such as the human body, machinery or vehicles and so on. In nowadays, we have already relied on the multibody system to bring the convenience for us. In order to improve the quality of life, it takes more effort in design to change the life style. This paper uses ADAMS, LifeMOD, ANSYS and RecurDyn to perform dynamic simulation analysis. We can observe the force distribution situation by these simulation softwares. Find out the maximun stress or the most easily damaged part to improved it. Finally, we compare the difference between ADAMS and RecurDyn CAE simulation software. The multibody dynamic simulation system of basic flexible four-link motion mechanism was compare with each function, operating and CPU time from building parts, setting joints, mesh and results. One configure out their advantages to make a general conclusion. Finally let us understand more to apply the advantages of ADAMS and RecurDyn to design a better multibody dynamic system.
