This technology uses the variety of embedded to hide confidential information in digital image through embedding algorithms to produce stego-image that is confidential. The embedded stego-image should not have too much difference from the original one, otherwise it is easily found by others. The so-called reversible information hiding is that we use the extraction algorithm to extract the secret information hidden in the stego-image and then reconstruct the image. When the reconstructed image is the same as our original image, we call it reversible information hiding. The method of this paper is to do reversible information hiding in the case of integer wavelet transform. This method is mainly to use integer wavelet transform to convert the pixel value in the spatial domain into the frequency coefficient value of the frequency domain. After wavelet transform, the image is divided into four different frequency bands. The four frequency bands respectively low frequency (LL), intermediate-frequency (HL, LH), and high frequency (HH), which have different image features. For the different characteristics of the frequency bands, suitable for its characteristics predictive information hiding method is designed used for information hiding.
