In the manufacturing process, the related data should be recorded from feeding, bulk forming, and sheet metal to the shipment. Using paper as record media will not only affect update efficiency, but also inconvenient data access. Moreover, paper media is easily to affect by extrinsic factor, such as dust, climate, breakage, lack of pages, dirty, and so on, so that it seems not easy to preserve it. Therefore, this research is aimed to develop a management system for the production traceability to improving the manufacture efficiency of a machine center. In this study, the production traceability system is mainly developed for three-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers with the proper design of the user interface and the database. HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS and MySQL were used to develop the traceability digitalization and systematic. Though PHP connect with MySQL database, the operator can record and update the manufacturing information or data immediately, which is not only improve the efficiency, but also reduce the use of paper as well. Using of this system is more convenient than paper and also reduce the space of paper storage. Furthermore, a hierarchical authority management has built in this system.
