This study focuses on supplier management and open innovation. Via the literature review and case analysis of a radio control electronic industry company, the company can deal with external issues, absorb different fields’ knowledge, speed up innovation, strengthen success rate, occupy the market rapidly, and raise the influence to the whole market while developing.
