At last part, the photocatalytic activity and the hydrogen conversion efficiency of the NiSx /Tio2 NT nanocomposites are disscussed. In order to control the morphology of TiO2 NTs, the anodization parameters including bias and period are varied to study the influence on diameter and length of nanotubes. The photocurrent of these TiO2 nanotube arrays were measured by potentialstate under AM 1.5G to study the relates between the morphology and photocatalyticactivities. The optiomized condition is growing TiO2 NT at 80 V for ???? hrs, and the nanotubes were used to fabricate the nanocomposites. NiSx/TiO2 nanocomposites were synthesized by two different methods including hydrothermal synthesis and cyclic voltammetry scan processes in the solution composed of nickel chloride and thiourea. The concentration of the precursors, the deposition potential and growing time were varied to study the influence on the composition, crystalline and morphology of the nanocomposites by SEM, UV-vis spectroscopy and XRD. The photocurrent expriments of the Ni3S4/TiO2 NTs composites fabricated by cyclic potential scans showed an obviously increase of ???? times compared to the TiO2 NTs.
