Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 106 === This study mainly discusses the impact of career orientation, the attractiveness of competition organizations and occupational embeddedness on job search behavior and professional commitment of interns and R&D alternatives. The questionnaire survey method is adopted. In this study, a total of 225 questionnaires were collected with 203 valid ones. The SPSS statistical methods were used, including reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to test the proposed research hypotheses.
This study found that career orientation has a significant positive impact on job search behavior; competition organization talent attraction has a significant positive impact on job search behavior; professional commitment has no significant impact on job search behavior. Career indecision has no significant impact on professional commitment; occupational embeddedness has a significant positive impact on professional commitment.
