Therefore, for the economic development of a country, the exhibition industry will be one of the most important industries.   This study interviewed three public relations companies that specialize in exhibitions, and through them to understand the exhibition process, and the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is used to the grasp〝the voice of the owners of the appointees and the engineering required to perform the exhibition〞. Hence, it is possible to identify the important functions of hosting an exhibition. The failure mode and effect analysis are used to detect the causes of the potential failures of the exhibition, and then propose countermeasures that can prevent the occurrence of these failures. It is hoped that the Taiwanese convention and exhibition industry will reduce the risk of organizing the exhibition failure.   In this study, the QFD was used to develop the needs of customers in commissioned cases and to understand what engineering requirements can meet customer needs. And use FMEA to grasp potential defects in the process, identifies potential failure effects and causes, reviews current designs, and propose preventive countermeasures.
