Enterprise agility plays an important role on competing with rivalries. In order to win the market share, enterprises need to assist employees on improving their current skills and developing new skills to adapt the rapid changes. Meanwhile, enterprises must have efficient knowledge management to reorganize the internal and external resource to correspond the new environment. In addition, the enterprise's implicit competitiveness of knowledge can be retained internally, and it can be inherited to followers to enhance the core value of corporate. This paper studied a case from an A Company. I applied the factor of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and the core competency of indirect departments to explore the employee training and the real need from internal Supervisor and staff. From the management level, we can understand the impact of training to the core competency. Moreover, I compared the recognition between Supervisor and Staff on the core competency of indirect department’s IPA and A company’s attention/performance respectively. In this study, 27 job functional requirements and 36 curriculum plans were proposed through literature and interviews with internal supervisors.The study found that, from Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), we can see that priority should be given to the enhancement of functional requirements. In order to improve the manufacturing capability and logistics management capability, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) found that the first nine courses should be improved in the order of "advanced advanced technologies" and " Execution, Product Innovation, Foreign Language Courses, Product Development Certification, Risk Management, Working Capital Management, Sales Practice, and Professional Negotiation. Based on the gap between management level and employee, we will help the case companies to improve the allocation of resources and expect to increase the level of core functions.
