With the rise of the third industrial revolution, a new generation technology information based on Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data are becoming the center of revolution stage. All these new forms of revolutionized products appear diversely as smart phone, wearable device or in the smart car system, where they are driving the need of Board-To-Board Connector to be widely used and becoming essential in these products. Taiwan is a highly developed country where the foundation of electronics industry is well established. The strength can be far better utilized if next grow opportunity for the company is identified, Internet of Things is the great one for starting point. The study is based on AXXX Company, it starts from the investigation of industry and market status aforestated above, to analyze and prospect the value of the target market. In addition, the study also cover the evaluation of take better advantage of company strength and core competency for minimize entering barrier of the new target market and building up long term prosperity.
