In this study, a single molecular weight distribution poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was used to prepare nanocellular foam materials by the solid state batch foaming method . We compared PMMA with different molecular weights, changed the saturated temperature (Tsat) and foaming temperature (Tfoam) at a fixed saturated pressure (Psat), and observed the cell morphology of the foam.
