Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 106 === Purpose of this study is for micro metal 3D printing that use photopolymerization and electroplating. Using projector as a dynamic mask and curing the resin to cover part of the substrate with photopolymer, followed by metal stacking by electroforming, so that it is layer by layer until the metal object is completed. This study is an advanced manufacturing method, that has the opportunity to influence the metal 3D printing and microelectromechanical systems market. This study focuses on the adhesion between resin and metal substrate, and the internal stress of electro-deposited coating. The adhesion influences completeness and minimum precision of the printing product. The internal stress affects the feasibility of multilayer plating and surface characteristics of the printing. Therefore, this paper improves the resin and plating bath, and discuss the influence of plating environment. The results show that the mass transform play an important role in this method. By controlling the temperature, turbulent and current density in electroplating, the product will successfully printed. Finally, printing a micro convex gear which having 8 teeth with the module of 0.2 and 600μm dimension axis. Looking to the future, this study will help the metal 3D printing and micro electro mechanical systems, to further enhance the penetration of the industry.
