Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 106 === Because the insulator of the transmission tower has long been exposed to the outdoors and is affected by the salt mist damage, therefore, flashover accident occurred, affecting the normal power supply, which is to avoid pollution flashover accident occurred in the most direct and effective maintenance methods, but it takes a lot of manpower and time, so decided to interfere with the timing becomes particularly important. This research aims to use the fuzzy method to study the contamination status of transmission tower insulator. Firstly, the paper studies and analyzes the contamination flashover process of insulators, and studies the method of preventing the flashover. Then, the weather pattern "fog" with the highest proportion of contamination flashover accident of insulators is used as the assessment index of environment, by choosing the effective value of leakage current, relative humidity, temperature dew point difference and wind speed as input parameters, a set of insulator contamination degree evaluation method based on fuzzy algorithm is proposed to improve the single leakage current index can not judge that the current value is caused by the insulator pollution or the environmental humidity. Finally, through the case analysis to verify that the system has the same assessment result with the electric operators and analysis results are displayed on the Web page to provide maintenance personnel to understand the insulator real-time information to avoid the occurrence of pollution flashover accident.
