We have found that the traditional LED bulb and lamp market have mature, so the product has a relatively low gross profit margin for channel providers. Although the number of transactions is large, it often requires a large number of orders to meet the operating costs. This study case also operates a special street-based luminaire that is custom-made. In this sales area, including plant lights, breeding lights, harbor port lights, street lights, etc., although relatively high development costs, the number is relatively low, but due to the higher barriers to market entry, including the need for high research and development capabilities, customers Collaborativeness, and ongoing customer relationships and loyalty to each other. Therefore, although the turnover is currently not the main business item of this case study, the high cost and high gross profit characteristics lead us to believe that this is an opportunity for Taiwanese small and medium-sized LED lighting companies to get rid of competition in low-priced products in mainland China.
