From industries such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, and other industries, many advanced countries have established regulations to comply with the changes of the times and the trend of the enterprise, stressing that enterprises The importance of social responsibility and corporate ethics. Taking Taiwan as an example, tea has always been one of the most popular beverages in Asia. In many Asian countries, the most popular companies are tea franchisees. Therefore, long-term investment is required for the stress, discussion, cultivation, and research and development of tea. In the face of such a huge market demand, Taiwan's tea growers and the tea industry must think about how to increase Taiwan's tea production and quality, but at the same time it must also enhance the concept of corporate ethics in Taiwan's tea farmers and the concept of environmental protection in corporate social responsibility. In this study, a case study method was used to study tea farmers and tea retail company, to discuss how the tea farmer planted non-toxic tea leaves, cultivated with out pesticides, educated employees, and allowed the soil to rest, etc., and how to formulate appropriate environmental protection policies and corporate social responsibility-related ethic standards while improving the quality of tea and competing with Southeast Asian countries for tea production. , conduct analysis and conduct research. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The concept of corporate social responsibility in Taiwanese tea companies is still weak. Although the implementation of CSR can help enhance corporate image, it is still mainly concerned with issues such as profit and sales. 2. There are no long-term plans and effective legal restrictions for the quality control of imported tea, domestic tea garden soil protection, staff training and pesticide use to protect consumers. At present, only the conscience of enterprises and biological pesticide technology can be used to reduce pesticide hazards in Taiwan.
