| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 106 === Researchers may encounter different issues during the process of scientific paper publication, including difficulty to get full text of references, lack of original raw data of previous research, authorship and improper references, etc. This study combines Open Access concept, P2P and blockchain technologies, in order to propose the design of a comprehensive solution. The solution introduces "Citers-Pay" model. It provides free full-text of papers for researchers who only have to pay for cited references through blockchain and smart contract when publishing his new research. Full text and raw data of the research are stored in P2P network storage. Metadata of the research are stored in blockchain, in order to ensure the integrity of stored files and to notarize authorship and the ratio of contribution in the research. This solution will not only help researchers get previous research results and verify them, but also secure the contribution ratio and academic reputation of his own research.
