Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 106 === Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a fast-growing and maturing technology that has leading to the revolution of the construction industries and engineering industries in Taiwan in recent years. The advantage of using BIM is that has the auxiliary effect of visually for the users and help them to find out the problems in the early step of design by using the three-dimensional information model. The information generated by the various stages in the life cycle of the different components in BIM, not only allows it can calculate the collision problem in geometric components but also can manage the operating data.The research results in the past show that it can improve the design quality and help designers to make the decision, by analyzing the early steps of design.
This study explores in Revit mainly by using the schedule function in Revit and the Application Programming Interface (API). To study how to analyze the environmental design strategies quickly in the application of construction projects by these two different methods, and feedback the audit results to the project in visual. According to the results, the users can do the review of interaction-design, reduce the problem that the users need to repeatedly amend the design because they can not estimate the effectiveness of environmental design techniques due to lack of information, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of environmental design techniques.
