In this study, a qualitative survey was conducted through literature review and in-depth interviews with experts in multiple fields, followed by context analysis using grounded theory. The determinant factors of business model transformation were identified and their business innovation paths are presented herein. The determinant factors include external driving force, internal driving force, industrial strategy, and human resources market. The path indicates that innovation strategies are followed by various innovation tactics and then realized by virtual platform and smart production.
