The fusion of Suona Music and Taiwan Traditional Cultural become the motivation for the author to do researches on it. The author building up the initial cognitive of the music by Literature collection, interview the composer, analyze the composing method, notation technique, special characteristic instrument used in the music. Finally, the approach of music sculpture to the lion dance and the temple-fair, imply the author own-selves interpretation and performance. Through the research, discovered that Lu Yun brings the core music of Bei Guan into the music composing and its become the main motivation of the melody. As a programme music, the first three sections are describing the image of lion dance while the last three sections are describing the teeming of temple fairs. Through the comparison and discussion, the whole piece of music will reveal the cultural meaning supported by the works and lay down the arts value.
