This goal is to improve students' professional skills and practical abilities. It also hopes that skillful students will be able to connect with industries and provide skilled professional labors for companies. By holding Skill Test, The Ministry of Labor promotes the development of workers' skill level and economic development, every year. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the achievements of vocational training and education and also expect to implement the certification system in industry, Furthermore, people those who gain these professional licenses can meet the requirement of the relevant industries. Therefore, the works of the Golden Hand Award in the National High School Skills Competition correspond to the scoring criteria of The Skill Test, it should be understood clearly whether the education and training of the vocational high school meet the requirement of the industries.
This study is about the scoring criteria of the Grade B corresponding to the works of the Golden Hand Award in the National High School Commercial Skills Competition, employing Webpage Design by comparative study, semi-structuralinterviews,document investigation and content analysis research methods in the last two years. We find the result of the skills requirement for the work of the Golden Hand and Skill Test can be compared except for the database management and the website erection. However, the display of the appropriate level of skills in website building, visual design, technology application and interaction and form design have positive comments in relevant industries. In addition to the performance of the Golden Hand Award, We also should contain the core competencies in the curriculum of the vocational high school by taking courses and training course. That is, autonomous action, communication and interaction, and social participation also attach in industry. In brief, school desiging curriculum and practical operation will help the students those who want to work in relevant industries in future.
