The results revealed the Chiayi City Government LINE account that make it through the introduction and growth phases from 2014-2017. It was in maturity phase during 2018.
The Chiayi LINE account got 80,000 total Contacts in growth phase, total contacts were increasing at their fastest rate. In Maturity phase, Chiayi LINE accout reached the highest targeted reaches, but the rate of growth is slowing down.
The study findings may serve for further research how to extending the public sector LINE accounts of the product life cycle. Giving advices to the Chiayi City government to make the LINE account more attractive and creative.
