| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 經濟學研究所 === 106 === The growing of Taiwan investment in Mainland China has become a popular issue after the regulatory policy was relaxed in 1987 and 2002. In this paper, we provide a practical research in OLS model and Tobit model based on the data of manufacturing census from Directorate-General of Budget, accounting and Statistics. The goal is to study the effect of increasing Mainland China Investment on domestic investment, research development and labor productivity. In the result, it shows that Outward investment to China has a positive relationship between domestic investment and research development activity of manufacturing firms; however, it has a negative effect on labor productivity.
