By employing the pseudospectral time-domain (PSTD) simulation technique, we measured and analyze the scattering characteristics of light of the cornea and sclera with different sizes and arrangements of the non-bsorbing collagen fibrils. Various factors are analyzed, including the wavelength of incident light, the thickness of the scattering media, position and size distribution of the collagen fibrils.
