This study including the productive of the friendly trading of Spring Trading Company, the tactics of developing, and the discussion of the business principle of selling place, which has been running over 12 mouths; according to the business tactics, the business management, the selling method, and the prospect in the future, this study is looking forward to finding the relating and the essential factor of creating brand. The founder of Spring Trading Company because of knowing and empathizing with the poor and the hard working local farmer, he had an idea that using those "abandoned" fruit, namely those not looking good or not sweet fruit, to make the fruit ice pop to against the unfair of the low-pricing acquire for those farmers of Taitung. By creating the non-profit company "Spring Trading Company" with the idea of "Friendly Trading", they always use the fair price to buy those fruit to make sure the both sides win. “Spring Trading Company does not close down by the sharing of the benefit, on the other hand, this company gave a lot of help from everyone to become more and more stronger." Through the substantial interview for this study, knowing the struggle of creating a business brand, furthermore, it is also rare that using the processed agricultural products to successfully create a company. It seems Spring Trading Company is a model of creating a successful brand in not only from the marketing of ice and processed agricultural produce but also from the view of the development of culture and creative product. Research worker can use the successful of Spring Trading Company as an example to explore the future of the agricultural product and processed agricultural product in order to prove the value of the agricultural product are able to improve efficiency, recommending the use of internet marketing and government recourses can involve and create a lot more benefit for everyone.
