Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期諮商心理碩士專班 === 106 === Abstract The author participated in a 15 month, systematic instructional program for learning the medicine wheel. This medicine wheel class met face-to-face once per month for five months and two day each weekend for 15 months. In addition to completing the 15 month instruction of the medicine, the author adapted the framework of the medicine wheel to review her life. Her narrative was based on her reflective notes from the medicine wheel class and journals she kept throughout her life. Some former wounded memories were opened up through the medicine wheel class and this self- narrative writing process. Healing continues to take place along the opening of the wounds. However, after this self-narration writing process, the author was able to reconstruct her life stories and have different meanings on these life experiences. Furthermore, these wounded memories were the motivation to keep the author on her spiritual journey.
