Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期特教碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to investigate social support requests and satisfaction in parents of preschool chikdren with disabilities in Kaohsiung City. This study was survey by questionnaire, 334 valid questionnaire were issued, and the data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé. Following is the research result:
1. The social support requests in parents of preschool chikdren with disabilities in Kaohsiung City, which formal support needed sorting from top to low was: “informational support”, “emotional support”, “instrumental support”, and the informal support needed sorting from top to low was: “emotional support”, “instrumental support”, “informational support”.
2. The social support satisfaction in parents of preschool children with disabilities in Kaohsiung City, which formal support satisfaction sorting
from top to low was: “informational support” , “emotional support”,
“instrumental support”, and the informal support satisfaction sorting from top to low was: “emotional support”, “instrumental support”,
“informational support”.
3. The difference of the parents with distinct background, formal support was different in“parents age”, “parents education level ”, and“relationship”,“employment”, “monthly income”, “disabilities children age” had no different; in informal support, the difference was “relationship”, “parents age”, “parents education level ”, “amount of child ”, and “employment”,“monthly income”, “disabilities children age” had no different; the satisfaction of parents with distinct background didn’t have any different.
According to the study, some concrete suggestions were made for
reference.
