(4) The solution to the problem varies from person to person, but the only common feature is the cooperation among different parties. (5) Future Prospects Each respondent hopes that somebody can inherit and develop the present achievements, and hope that more diversified marketing methods can be developed. In the substantive contribution section, although each youth returner has a different evolutionary process of motivation, these experiences can be used as a reference or basis for future youth returnees or provided by the government or relevant departmental units. The mentality of these young returnees draws their own plans. The academic contribution can be used as part of the follow-up researchers reference. 張凱智 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW
