Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 文化資源與休閒產業學系碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, with the implementation of policies by the government and the improvement of the identity of the hometown environment, many other young people who have left their hometowns have returned to their own hometown development, and the trend of youth returning to their hometowns has been increasing year by year.
The local people born and raised in Taitung, by the time most of their senior high school graduates, chose to study or work in other counties and cities. With the crucial opportunity to start thinking about the feasibility of returning home, some of them would return home to inherit their own family businesses or start their own businesses. In this study, we selected six young returnees who were related to the research topic to take Snowball sampling as a sample to study the problems encountered by six youth returnees after they left their hometowns, returned to their hometowns and returned to their hometowns, Problems and future prospects of the process.
The results showed that: (1) the return of young returnees were all from outside the country after graduating from high school to study or seek job placement in other counties; (2) most of the motives for returning to their hometown were due to the high age of their parents, their need of care, their companionship and their lack of career at home Manpower or facing the dilemma of unmanned succession; (3) Each returnees encounter different difficulties after returning to their hometowns, and these difficulties are both economic and marketing difficulties. (4) The solution to the problem varies from person to person, but the only common feature is the cooperation among different parties. (5) Future Prospects Each respondent hopes that somebody can inherit and develop the present achievements, and hope that more diversified marketing methods can be developed.
In the substantive contribution section, although each youth returner has a different evolutionary process of motivation, these experiences can be used as a reference or basis for future youth returnees or provided by the government or relevant departmental units. The mentality of these young returnees draws their own plans.
The academic contribution can be used as part of the follow-up researchers reference.
