Based on time progress, the researcher connected the life narrations of her family of origin and her marital family, examining her growth through her career roles changing—from being a kindergarten regular class teacher, a preschool special education teacher to an itinerant preschool special-education teacher. The aims, the problems, the texts, the analysis and the conclusion all respond to the researcher’s self-adaptation, the application strategy and professional improvement. The result of the study is concluded by the researcher’s narrative on being an itinerant preschool special-education teacher as below: 1. The self-adaptation: Facing the changing time, a teacher has to keep the pace with it by gaining new knowledge and enriching his or her own professional ability constantly 2. The application strategy: From researcher’s experience, it’s learned that the teaching strategies and instructional means should view special children as the first consideration to adjust her teaching. As a special-education counseling teacher, the researcher has to keep the humble manner and also keep her heart enthusiastic and warm toward special children. 3. Profession progress: By the self-narrative on the researcher’s experience, she understand that after the need of the love and belong is fulfilled, a teacher has to keep looking constantly for “the truth” and “the beauty”, which means the self-actualization to the researcher. To fulfill the self-actualization, it is important to strengthen one’s professional ability and enrich oneself. Only with sufficient professional ability and knowledge, the teacher can firmly stick to her teaching concept for further possibility to fulfill self-actualization. The researcher is not only a preschool special-education teacher but also a mother who has a special child. As a special child’s mother, the researcher has more reflection and thinking on special education from her own life experience. Such reflection and thinking push the researcher’s further progress as an itinerant preschool special-education teacher. Based on the self-narrative, the researcher looked over her different life stages and inspected her own mind map of the past, and now she understands herself much better, which will help the researcher open up a brand new work vision in the future. 熊同鑫 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 202 zh-TW
