This research mainly discusses how the insurance industry carries out CSR, introduces the concepts of social support and social exchange and trust, and probes into the social responsibility of social support, social exchange and trust in the insurance industry through literature discussion and interview analysis, and invites senior managers to answer, Finally, the six propositions of this study are summed up according to the results of interview analysis.
